Kobe Bryant’s former Irvine home is again on the market for $2.6 million –  lower than six months after it first bought. 

And the home has positively obtained a makeover. 

The three-bedroom and a couple of.5 lavatory abode was first bought by the late Lakers legend and his spouse, Vanessa Bryant, in 2013 for $1.7 million. 

Nine months following the five-time NBA champion’s premature demise, Vanessa listed the home for $2 million on Oct. 27, 2020. Only two days later, somebody swooped up the home, in line with the Los Angeles Times.

But the new proprietor evidently had appreciable plans in thoughts for the property.

While Vanessa, 38, unloaded on this funding home she initially purchased with Kobe, she nonetheless stays in the five-bedroom, six-bathroom Newport Coast property positioned only some miles away — the home she purchased with Kobe again in 2013 — alongside together with her three kids Natalia, Bianka and Capri.
