Girl, six, is killed and five adults are injured in mass shooting outside Popeyes in Washington DC

  • A toddler was shot useless and five adults have been injured Friday in Washington DC
  • The shooting occurred simply after 11pm close to a Popeyes restaurant 
  • Officers from the division’s seventh district heard the photographs fired and responded to the intersection 
  • The six-year-old woman was pronounced useless at  Sibley Memorial hospital
  • The injured victims have been three grownup males, and two grownup females 
  • No arrests have been made. Police are looking for a  ‘darkish in coloration automobile’

A  six year outdated woman was killed and five adults have been injured in a mass shooting in Washington DC late on Friday night time.

The shooting occurred simply after 11pm close to a Popeyes restaurant on the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X avenues.

Officers from the division’s seventh district heard the photographs fired and responded to the intersection, police stated. 

Executive Assistant Chief Ashan Benedict stated the woman was pronounced useless at Sibley Memorial hospital.

The injured victims have been three grownup males, and two grownup females. 

Benedict stated: ‘Our condolences exit to the household of the six year outdated sufferer, and the shooting victims as nicely.

‘Any shooting that takes place in the town is unacceptable. 

‘We are responding to too many calls of kids being affected by gunfire. Please, assist us carry these shooters to justice.’ 

No arrests have been made. Police are looking for a ‘darkish in coloration automobile’.
