Sepulveda Basin grass fire sparked near Burbank and Woodley – Daily News

LOS ANGELES — Firefighters extinguished a grass fire Sunday evening that scorched about an eighth of an acre within the Sepulveda Basin.
The blaze, which burned near the intersection of Burbank Boulevard and Woodley Avenue, was reported about 6:55 p.m., stated Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.

No accidents had been reported, she stated.
Firefighters remained on the scene to mop up, she stated.
