CLEARWATER, Fla. (WSVN) — A younger man has been arrested after a video went viral exhibiting him fleeing from the again of a police cruiser on a Florida seaside.

Viral video reveals the handcuffed suspect running from police after a bystander on a crowded Clearwater Beach opened the again door of the police cruiser.

Police stated the ordeal started when officers patrolling the seaside noticed a big group of individuals they usually started addressing disorderly conduct points and different ordinance violations.

As extra officers arrived, police stated a struggle broke out and in the end the suspect was positioned in the backseat of a cruiser. As the officer who positioned the man in the cruiser walked to the entrance of the automobile to drive off, an individual opened the door and the suspect escaped.

Police have been finally in a position to meet up with the suspect and take him again into custody.

“While many of the young adults in the video think this is funny, it has turned what would have been a very minor violation to one that will have severe consequences,” Clearwater Police Chief Dan Slaughter advised Fox 13.

The man was recognized by police as 18-year-old Dominic Glass. He is being charged with escape, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer with out violence.
