Chula Vista couple arrested and charged in real estate fraud sche

Authorities are searching for any further victims.

CHULA VISTA, Calif. — Brenda Ann Gregory, 54, and her husband Angel Alfonso Gutierrez, 55, would promote property they didn’t personal utilizing fraudulent paperwork, in accordance with the Riverside County District Attorney’s office.
